Job summary

Miramar Rehab in New York is seeking a Floor Technician to clean carpeted and hardwood flooring, scrub, polish, and wax floors, and perform routine and deep cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and hallways to keep a hygienic, presentable environment.

The role supports infection control and safety, with duties like sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, replenishing supplies, and reporting maintenance concerns.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or custodial experience preferred (healthcare or hospitality setting a plus).
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning tools and procedures is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning carpeted and hardwood flooring
• Scrubbing polishing and waxing floors of all types
• Perform routine and deep cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and facility hallways to maintain a hygienic, presentable, and comfortable environment

What You Will Do
