Job summary

Harborview-Pierce-County is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. You will clean resident rooms and common areas, restock supplies, and ensure infection control practices are followed.

Prior housekeeping experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth within a faith-based organization. The role focuses on thorough cleaning, adherence to schedules, and reporting any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate department.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or custodial experience preferred (healthcare or hospitality setting a plus).
• Knowledge of cleaning schedules, routines, and infection control procedures is a bonus.
• Ability to maintain hygienic, presentable environments in resident areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and deep cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and hallways.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces according to schedules.
• Replenish linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies in designated areas.
• Dispose of trash and soiled linens following infection control procedures.

What You Will Do

What You Must Have
