Responsibilities

• Clean carpeted and hardwood flooring.
• Scrub, polish and wax floors of various types.
• Deep clean resident rooms, common areas, and hallways to maintain hygiene and presentation.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust and polish surfaces per schedules and protocols.
• Replenish linens, toiletries and cleaning products in designated areas.
• Dispose of trash and soiled linens per infection control rules.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Perform duties as assigned.

We're seeking a dedicated and detail-orientedFloor Technician

What You Will Do

• Responsible for cleaning carpeted and hardwood flooring

• Scrubbing polishing and waxing floors of all types

• Perform routine and deep cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and facility hallways to maintain a hygienic, presentable, and comfortable environment

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces according to cleaning schedules and protocols

• Replenish supplies such as linens, toiletries, and cleaning products in designated areas

• Dispose of trash and soiled linens appropriately and according to infection control procedures

• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly to the appropriate department

• Duties as assigned

What You Must Have
