Ernest Health, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Floor Tech for the Rehabilitation Hospital of Northwest Ohio in Toledo, OH.

This full-time role keeps patient areas clean and safe, supporting daily operations and infection control within a premier inpatient rehab setting. Ideal candidates have prior floor technician or environmental services experience and possess strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills to collaborate with care teams and maintain confidentiality and quality

Qualifications

• Previous floor technician/environmental services experience preferred.
• OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
• Ability to work closely and professionally with others.

Responsibilities

• Maintains prescribed standards of cleanliness for assigned areas and follows prescribed procedures and work schedules.
• Cares for hard surface floors.
• Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
