Bedford Care Centers is seeking a floor maintenance and housekeeping professional to perform daily duties inside and outside the facility, including cleaning spills, sweeping, mopping, and using buffers to maintain non-carpeted floors.
The role requires reading and understanding company policies and healthcare regulations, with preference given to applicants with long-term care housekeeping experience. Candidates must be physically able and pass drug screens and background checks.

Primarily responsible for floor buffing and burnishing; also responsible for performing daily Housekeeping duties inside and outside Facility; completes work assignments according to Company Policies, State and Federal Regulations; must communicate courteously and respectfully with Residents, Employees and others
Must have literacy skills at a level to read, write and understand Company Policies, State and Federal Healthcare Regulations and OSHA Regulations; prefer Housekeeping experience in a long-term care Facility; must be in good physical condition; must pass drug screens and have a satisfactory Criminal History Background Check
