Job summary

Confidence Management Solutions (CMS) is hiring Floor Tech for a long term care nursing facility in Hillsborough, NJ. The role requires cleaning and maintaining all facility floors, with day and evening shifts and alternating weekends. Comp: $17.00 per hour, full time.

Healthcare experience preferred. Based at Foothill Acres Nursing Center, 39 E Mountain Rd., Hillsborough Township, NJ 08844, you will operate floor scrubbing machines, buffers, and related equipment while following safety

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• EVS or housekeeping experience a plus.
• Healthcare facility experience preferred.
• Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, shampoo, strip, wax, and buff floors.
• Operate floor cleaning machines and buffers safely.
• Maintain and store equipment properly.
• Dispose of waste throughout the facility.
• Perform other duties as required.

Floor Tech Full-Time and Part-time Positions Available. NURSING HOME, SENIOR LIVING, HOSPITAL, HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE PREFFERED!

Floor Tech Shifts: Day and Evening Shifts, Alternating Weekends, Holidays.

Confidence Management Solutions (CMS) is currently recruiting experienced Floor Tech for long term care nursing facility in Hillsborough, NJ. Foothill Acres Nursing Center 39 E Mountain Rd., Hillsborough Township, NJ 08844.

Floor Tech Key Duties

• Maintain all floors by sweeping mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing throughout the facility.
• Various pieces of equipment are properly and safely operated such as extractor, auto-scraper, high speed buffer, shop vac, side-to-side buffer, vacuum, and steam machine.
• Maintains equipment in good working condition and stores properly in designated locations after each use.
• Dispose of all garbage throughout the facility.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.

Floor Tech Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Environmental Services or housekeeping experience a plus.
• Prior experience working in a nursing home, hospital or healthcare environment a plus.
• Ability to operate automatic floor scrubbing machines and floor buffers.
