Job summary

Confidence Management Solutions (CMS) is seeking a Floor Tech for a nursing facility in Hillsborough, NJ, with to-be-determined shifts (Day and Evening) and alternating weekends/holidays. The role supports long-term care settings, hospitals, and healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing throughout the facility.
• Operate floor care equipment such as extractor, auto-scraper, high speed buffer, shop vac, side-to-side buffer, vacuum, and steam machine.
• Keep equipment in good condition and store properly after use.
• Dispose of garbage throughout the facility.
• Perform other duties as required.

Floor Tech Full-Time and Part-time Positions Available. NURSING HOME, SENIOR LIVING, HOSPITAL, HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE PREFFERED!

Floor Tech Shifts: Day and Evening Shifts, Alternating Weekends, Holidays.

Confidence Management Solutions (CMS) is currently recruiting experienced Floor Tech for long term care nursing facility in Hillsborough, NJ. Foothill Acres Nursing Center 39 E Mountain Rd. , Hillsborough Township, NJ 08844

Floor Tech Key Duties

• Maintain all floors by sweeping mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing throughout the facility.
• Various pieces of equipment are properly and safely operated such as extractor, auto-scraper, high speed buffer, shop vac, side-to-side buffer, vacuum, and steam machine.
• Maintains equipment in good working condition and stores properly in designated locations after each use.
• Dispose of all garbage throughout the facility.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.

Floor Tech Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Environmental Services or housekeeping experience a plus.
• Prior experience working in a nursing home, hospital or healthcare environment a plus.
• Ability to operate automatic floor scrubbing machines and floor buffers.
