Job summary

A Quality Facility Services is seeking a Canton Floor Technician to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of commercial facilities. This position involves hands-on cleaning, floor care, and special project work across varied environments.

Responsibilities include stripping, waxing, buffing floors, cleaning carpets and upholstery, and performing post-construction cleaning. You will also maintain equipment and support special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Dependable and punctual work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Willingness to learn (experience preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Strip, wax, buff, and scrub floors.
• Clean carpets, upholstery, and furniture.
• Perform post-construction and deep cleaning services.
• Complete general janitorial cleaning tasks.
• Clean and seal tile and grout surfaces.
• Wash interior and exterior windows.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and work areas in clean and safe condition.
