Boling Janitorial Services, LLC is seeking a skilled Floor Care Technician to join our locally owned, fast-growing team. We offer flexible scheduling, paid training, and year-round stability as you help deliver high-quality cleaning services at commercial facilities.

Responsibilities include performing strip and wax, scrubbing, buffing, burnishing, carpet extraction, and deep floor cleaning, using auto-scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to and from assigned locations (company vehicle available if needed).
• Experience with floor care processes preferred (strip/wax, carpet cleaning, buffing) but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional floor care services including strip and wax, scrubbing, buffing, burnishing, carpet extraction, and deep floor cleaning.
• Operate and maintain floor care equipment (auto-scrubbers, buffers, burnishers, carpet extractors, vacuums).
• Complete scheduled floor care projects at commercial buildings (offices, medical facilities, schools, churches, etc.).
• Assist with regular janitorial cleaning (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, restroom cleaning, trash, restocking).
• Follow safety guidelines and chemical handling protocols; report maintenance issues to supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional floor care services including strip and wax, scrubbing, buffing, burnishing, carpet extraction, and deep floor cleaning
• Operate and maintain floor care equipment such as auto‑scrubbers, buffers, burnishers, carpet extractors, and wet/dry vacuums
• Complete scheduled floor care projects at commercial buildings including offices, medical facilities, schools, churches, and other business locations
• Assist with regular commercial janitorial cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and supply restocking
• Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and chemical handling protocols
• Communicate supply needs, equipment issues, or maintenance concerns to your supervisor
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong customer‑service mindset while on site

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to and from assigned work locations, a company vehicle will be available for this position if needed.
• Experience with floor care processes (strip/wax, carpet cleaning, buffing) preferred, but training is available for motivated candidates
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable with a positive work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, walking, pushing/pulling equipment, and reaching
• Comfortable working in environments where chemical products and machinery are used
