The Floor Supervisor role gives complete oversight of the gaming floor during shifts, monitoring operations, coaching staff, and ensuring smooth table performance while maintaining attendance and disciplinary processes when needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a related field.
• Experience as a game presenter or shuffler is preferred but not required.
• Technically proficient.
• Highly organized.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitor team performance, ensure KPIs and expectations are met.
• Work with operations to ensure success of team and operations.
• Manage projects and deadlines.
• Manage, supervise, coach and motivate team.
• Time and attendance maintenance of employees.

Job Description

The Floor Supervisor will have complete oversight of the gaming floor during their assigned shift. This individual will be responsible for monitoring the operations of the floor, ensuring tables are running smoothly without error and providing supervisory support to team members.
