Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. We are a leading hospitality company with a focus on service culture and employee development.

You will supervise restaurant staff, train and motivate teams, and ensure service meets our standards. This role requires strong guest service, multi-tasking, and flexible hours in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School education required.
• 2+ years in restaurant/bar experience leading shifts without supervision.
• Bartending certification preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, monitors and coaches restaurant staff
• Directs and assigns restaurant employees as needed to ensure all aspects of service meet operational standards
• Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties
• Reinforces a customer service mentality and ensures all employees are focused on serving the customer at all times
• Immediately and respectfully resolves guest requests
• Perform various other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education
• Minimum of two (2) years in restaurant/bar experience leading shifts without supervision
• Certification in bartending preferred
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally

• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
• Knowledge of local alcohol serving practices and standards
