Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead and motivate a restaurant team, ensuring service standards and guest satisfaction. You will supervise and coach staff, assign tasks, and handle opening/closing duties in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of shift-leading restaurant/bar experience, strong communication, and a customer-first approach. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School education.
• At least 2 years in restaurant/bar experience leading shifts.
• Bartending certification preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, monitors and coaches restaurant staff.
• Directs and assigns restaurant employees as needed to meet standards.
• Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties.
• Reinforces a customer service mentality and ensures staff focus on guests.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, monitors and coaches restaurant staff
• Directs and assigns restaurant employees as needed to ensure all aspects of service meet operational standards
• Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties
• Reinforces a customer service mentality and ensures all employees are focused on serving the customer at all times
• Immediately and respectfully resolves guest requests
• Perform various other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• Minimum of High School education
• Minimum of two (2) years in restaurant/bar experience leading shifts without supervision
• Certification in bartending preferred
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally

• Knowledge of local alcohol serving practices and standards
