Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group in Baton Rouge is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to lead front-of-house teams, ensure service standards, and train staff. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction, teamwork, and flexibility in a tipped-eligible environment that rewards performance and growth within a fast-growing hospitality group.

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will oversee daily service, coach staff on service excellence, and collaborate with management to maintain quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school education.
• Minimum of two years in restaurant/bar experience leading shifts without supervision.
• Bartending certification preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, monitors and coaches restaurant staff.
• Directs and assigns restaurant employees as needed to ensure all aspects of service meet operational standards.
• Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties.
• Reinforces a customer service mentality and ensures all employees are focused on serving the customer at all times.
• Immediately and respectfully resolves guest requests.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Certification in bartending preferred
