Job Description

Supervise table games and staff to ensure safety, integrity, security, and compliance with company and regulatory policies. Support and coach dealers, maintain excellent customer service, and work to enhance the company's image by cultivating the player base.

Job Functions

1. Monitor assigned area and circulate as needed.
2. Possess thorough knowledge of assigned games.
3. Calculate payoffs accurately.
4. Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies.
5. Operate computer systems to manage credit lines and issue credits.
6. Maintain positive customer relations, evaluate play, and extend complimentary services when appropriate.
7. Direct and supervise dealers.
8. Conduct annual performance evaluations of team members.
9. Monitor changes in cards and dice; inspect new equipment prior to use.
10. Handle customer complaints or refer to Shift Manager as needed.

Qualifications

1. Must be at least 21 years old.
2. Minimum of 2 years experience as a Floor Supervisor.
3. Knowledge of gaming regulations and company policies.
4. Thorough knowledge of at least two games.
5. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
6. Ability to obtain and maintain necessary certifications/licenses.
