Job Functions

• Monitor assigned area and circulate actively.
• Possess thorough knowledge of assigned games.
• Calculate payoffs accurately.

• Operate computer systems for credit access and issuance.
• Foster positive customer relations and evaluate play for complimentary services.
• Direct and supervise dealers.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations.
• Inspect equipment and monitor game integrity.
• Address customer complaints or escalate as needed.
