Job summary

PPS is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Floor Supervisor for our Toledo, Ohio operation. This hands-on leadership role will guide 12–15 employees, owning the shift’s production, safety, quality, attendance, and overall floor performance.

The ideal candidate is dependable, self-directed, and capable of running the floor, making quick decisions, solving problems, and holding team members accountable with limited supervision. Previous manufacturing leadership is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proven leadership and accountability on the shop floor.

• Lead 12–15 employees on the 2nd shift.

PPS is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Floor Supervisor for a growing industrial operation in Toledo. This hands-on position will lead approximately 12-15 employees and take ownership of production, safety, quality, attendance, and overall floor performance during the shift.

We're looking for a dependable, self-directed leader who can run the floor, make decisions, solve problems, and keep employees accountable with limited oversight. Previous leadership experience in manufacturing, recycling, industrial production, warehouse, or a similar environment is strongly preferred.
