Floor Supervisor – 2nd Shift | Toledo, OH

PPS is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Floor Supervisor for a growing industrial operation in Toledo. This hands‑on position will lead approximately 12–15 employees and take ownership of production, safety, quality, attendance, and overall floor performance during the shift.

We’re looking for a dependable, self‑directed leader who can run the floor, make decisions, solve problems, and keep employees accountable with limited oversight. Previous leadership experience in manufacturing, recycling, industrial production, warehouse, or a similar environment is strongly preferred.
