Job summary

Crate and Barrel in Wisconsin is seeking a Distribution Center Floor Supervisor to lead workflow, inspire a team, hit daily productivity targets, and champion safety in a fast-paced supply chain environment.

You’ll guide associates, help interview and select new hires, conduct evaluations, implement corrective actions, and coach on safety procedures. Spanish bilingual is a plus; schedule is Wednesday–Saturday, 3:30 pm–12:00 am.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Distribution Center experience.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
• Proficient with Google applications, MS Word & Excel.
