• OR 3 years in ops/logistics/retail with supervising and promoting employees.

Responsibilities

• Drive and implement the business plan for area of responsibility to achieve facility goals.
• Forecast staffing workload and performance to meet business demands.
• Prepare and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
• Monitor compliance with logistics, quality and safety standards and procedures.
• Identify and resolve associate, customer and supplier concerns and provide coaching as needed.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, including hiring, promotion and training.
