Job summary

Walmart Eastvale, CA seeks a Logistics Supervisor to implement area business plans, oversee staffing and scheduling, assign duties and coordinate workloads to achieve facility goals while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will supervise and develop associates, build strong teams, monitor productivity with reports, and ensure policy compliance, training, and continuous improvement in customer- and supplier-facing operations.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience or 2 years Walmart Logistics experience or 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties and coordinating workloads.
• Interpret and implement the business plan for area by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling.
• Monitor productivity and analyze reports to improve efficiency and safety.
• Maintain quality and safety standards and ensure training and policy compliance.
• Identify associate, customer, and supplier concerns and determine corrective actions.
• Lead collaboration to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
