Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Forecast staffing workload and performance; review and analyze business reports for operational improvements.
• Drive and implement the business plan to achieve facility goals (production/quality/safety).
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders; participate in hiring, coaching and evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with logistics, quality and safety standards; develop and maintain procedures.
