Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field; 1 year of ops/distribution/logistics/retail supervision experience; or 3 years of similar supervision experience.
Experience in supervising, evaluating, mentoring and developing managers/supervisors; handling workload and hiring.
Preferred qualifications include financial modeling/analysis, budgeting, and P&L accountability.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers, suppliers, associates verbally and in writing.
Drive and implement business plan to achieve facility goals including production quality and safety.
Forecast staffing workload and performance to meet business demands.
Prepare and analyze business reports to identify improvements.
Ensure compliance with logistics standards and policies; maintain procedures and documentation.
Identify and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns; provide guidance and training.
Supervise and manage associates and leaders, provide feedback and development opportunities.
