Qualifications

• 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience or 2 years Walmart Logistics experience, or 2 years supervisory experience.
• Attendance and successful completion of all required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and in writing to accomplish goals.
• Implement the business plan for the area by managing staffing, scheduling, and workloads.
• Monitor productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates on policies and procedures.
• Identify concerns and determine corrective actions with input from stakeholders.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, assign duties, and provide feedback.
