Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Logistics Supervisor for our Spring Valley, IL facility to lead and develop associates, manage staffing and scheduling, and ensure productivity and safety standards are met. You will guide daily operations and support continuous improvements in a large-scale retail logistics environment.

The position offers a salary range of $65,500–$98,000 per year, plus performance bonuses, health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and extensive associate benefits including Live Better U

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor’s degree in business or logistics plus supervisory experience.
• - Walmart logistics management experience or supervisory experience.
• - Experience coordinating staffing, scheduling and workload planning in a logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate goals and manage staffing and scheduling to meet facility objectives.
• Monitor productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates on logistics policies and procedures.
• Identify and resolve associate, customer, or supplier concerns by coordinating corrective actions.
