Job summary

The Longboard Sullivan’s Island is seeking an experienced Floor Manager to lead front-of-house operations with energy and hospitality. You will coach a large team, maintain service standards, and work to create a fun, warm and relaxed dining atmosphere for guests.

With a focus on teamwork and guest experience, the ideal candidate balances fast-paced service with genuine hospitality, ensuring smooth daily operations and staff development at this coastal dining destination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory role in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-building abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead FOH staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
• Train, supervise and allocate tasks; ensure standards and policies are followed.
• Open/close the restaurant; manage daily reports and shift operations.
• Oversee beer, liquor, and wine programs; coordinate scheduling and staff education.
• Address guest concerns; maintain a positive work environment and teamwork.
