Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory position for a full-service, high-volume dining restaurant.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

• Drive the financial performance of the property through careful management of expenses and methods to increase profitability.
• Interview and hire candidates.
