Position Summary

The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front-of-house during service. This role ensures a high level of guest satisfaction, smooth team communication, and adherence to company standards. The Floor Manager leads by example and supports the front-of-house team in delivering exceptional hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support front-of-house staff during shifts
  • Ensure all guests receive prompt, welcoming, and professional service
  • Monitor dining room and bar areas to maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and pace of service
  • Resolve guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and urgency
  • Enforce service standards, uniform policies, and operational procedures
  • Assist with training and onboarding of new staff
  • Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure accurate and timely food delivery
  • Manage daily shift reports, end-of-day procedures, and any shift notes
  • Monitor reservations, waitlists, and table turns to maximize efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
