We are seeking a candidate with experience and a solid understanding of hospitality and elevating the guest experience. The ideal candidate must be a strong leader and team player, capable of thriving in our fun, busy, and collaborative environment. Candidates should be hospitable, possess excellent communication skills, be well-organized, self-motivated, and able to remain calm under pressure.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

1. Overseeing all day-to-day operations
2. Managing the flow of service by monitoring all sections of the space
3. Ensuring all opening and closing duties are completed correctly, maintaining cleanliness and maintenance standards
4. Providing excellent customer service and leadership to staff
5. Enforcing health, safety, and sanitation standards
6. Handling guest complaints according to guidelines
7. Adhering to closing procedures
8. Performing administrative functions such as updating POS systems, retrieving guest checks, and handling correspondence

Qualifications include:

1. At least 2 years of management experience
2. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
4. High standards of personal hygiene and appearance
5. Proficiency in computer skills
6. Commitment to excellence
7. Strong beverage knowledge
8. Availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays
