Job description

Front-of-House Floor Manager - Bar Primi

The front-of-house team at Bar Primi, an Italian pasta shop located on the border of NoHo and the East Village, is seeking a friendly, dedicated Floor Manager to join our team. Our restaurant is operated by renowned Chefs Andrew Carmellini and Luciano Ducò, along with Josh Pickard and Luke Ostrom of NoHo Hospitality Group.

This role offers significant growth potential within our expanding hospitality family.

Ideal Candidates Possess:
  • 1-3 years of progressive hospitality industry experience; management experience preferred.
  • A warm and gracious demeanor with the ability to deliver excellent guest experiences.
  • Professional and polished leadership skills.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mentality.
  • Ability to lead a team effectively in a busy environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with OpenTable and MICROS POS systems is a plus.
  • DOH Food Protection certification.
