Job description

Front-of-House Floor Manager at Bar Primi

The front-of-house team at Bar Primi, an Italian pasta shop located on the border of NoHo and the East Village, is seeking a friendly, dedicated Floor Manager. Managed by Chefs Andrew Carmellini and Luciano Ducò, along with Josh Pickard and Luke Ostrom of NoHo Hospitality Group, this role offers significant growth potential within our expanding hospitality family.

Ideal candidates possess:

  • 1-3 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry; management experience preferred.
  • A warm and gracious demeanor, capable of creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • A professional and polished leadership style.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mentality.
  • The ability to lead a team effectively in a busy environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with OpenTable and MICROS POS systems is a plus.
  • DOH Food Protection certification.
