We are an expansive, fun bar/restaurant, brewery & event space with games and an amazing rooftop. Our concept is unlike anything else in NYC.

We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, service-obsessed floor manager to work weekends (Saturday + Sunday) consistently and potentially some week days, to start. This position has the potential to evolve into a full time manger role with long-term career potential at a growing hospitality company.

Responsibilities Include:

• Floor management, supporting FOH staff, touching tables and guest interaction
• Cultivating teamwork and a positive work environment
• Staff management and feedback to improve employee performance
• Event coordination and support
• Problem solving for service equipment and arcade games when/if necessary
• Assisting and/or leading on programming initiatives
  
  

Qualified candidates will have:

• Minimum 2 years of FOH experience in a full-service restaurant
• Must be willing/able to work weekends and long shifts
• High energy, outgoing personality, positive attitude and strong people skills
• Strong computer/technology skills
• Ability to lead a team of up to 25 employees
