Job summary

Pickle Hospitality - NY is seeking a Floor Manager to lead, nurture and motivate a high-performing front-of-house team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

You will raise quality and guest satisfaction, manage reservations and floor operations with Toast, Resy and Hotschedules, and uphold company standards while maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of operational restaurant or hotel management experience (front of the house).
• Excellent work ethic and dedication to the hospitality industry.
• Has an influential leadership philosophy and floor management presence based on mutual respect and organization with strong business acumen.
• Cultivates guest rapport with new and returning guests.
• Maintains a calm demeanor under pressure with focus on People, Product and Process.
• Adheres to company standards and guidelines.
• Strong computer and reservation/table management skills (Toast/Resy/Hotschedules).
• Certification by NYCDH required; Cicerone and TIPS are a plus.

• The ability to maintain a calm demeanor under pressure while understanding the principles of People, Product and Process.
• Adheres to guidelines with regard to company standards.
• Strong computer and reservation/table management skills; Toast, Resy, Hotschedules
• Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility
• Certification by NYCDH required, Cicerone and T.I.P.S. is a huge plus.
