Job summary

Sokai-Sushi-Bar-1 is seeking an experienced Floor Manager to lead our team and promote the restaurant. The role requires organizing catering events, driving sales with creative ideas, and overseeing daily operations, inventory, and quality standards.

You will train and develop staff to ensure excellent guest experiences, manage payroll and scheduling, and coordinate facility and equipment needs. A strong hospitality mindset and bilingual English/Spanish communication are essential.
