Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in hospitality, food service, restaurant, hotel, lounge, catering, or related environments.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and hospitality mindset.
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership, accountability, flexibility, and sense of urgency.
  • ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily lounge operations to ensure exceptional hospitality, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
  • Partner with management to maintain compliance with company policies, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
  • Supervise and support associates, providing training, coaching, and guidance to promote team success.
  • Monitor food and beverage presentation, product quality, cleanliness, and overall lounge appearance.
  • Assist with inventory control, product replenishment, and waste reduction initiatives.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
  • Support staffing, scheduling, and operational needs as required.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, guests, and team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
