Job summary

East Gate Care & Rehab Center is seeking a Floor Maintenance Worker to keep hallways and common areas clean and presentable in a senior living environment. This role includes floor care, carpet cleaning, and furniture arrangement, with supportive duties as needed.

Candidates should be able to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. English communication and basic computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
• Ability to communicate in English in writing and verbally with staff, patient families and customers.
• The employee may frequently be required to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use a phone/computer for extended periods.

Responsibilities
