Job summary

Camelot Nursing & Rehab is seeking a Floor Maintenance Tech to uphold high standards of cleanliness in our facility. You will perform floor care, carpet cleaning, furniture arrangement, and related duties to maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff.

The role emphasizes reliability, basic computer literacy for internal communications, and the ability to work independently in a team setting.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in writing and verbally in English with staff, families, and customers.
• Basic computer skills for scheduling and communication.
• Strong organizational abilities for facility tasks.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Mop,Wax, Strip, and Buff floors.
• Shampoo and vacuum carpets.
• Arrange furniture to maintain clean, safe spaces.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
