Job summary

Heritage Villa seeks a dedicated Floor Maintenance Worker to perform floor care including mopping, waxing, stripping, and buffing across our facilities. You will also shampoo carpets, arrange furniture, and support maintenance tasks as directed.

Strong English communication and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are essential. Experience is preferred but not required; a high school diploma or GED is desirable.

Qualifications

• English communication in writing and speaking required.
• Basic computer skills for emails and scheduling.
• Physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Mop, wax, strip and buffer floors.
• Shampoo and vacuum carpets.
• Arrange furniture as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
