The State of North Carolina is seeking a Floor Maintenance Supervisor I for Central Regional Hospital. This full-time role involves supervising floor maintenance staff, ensuring cleanliness, and managing schedules. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and requires flexibility in scheduling to meet hospital needs.
We are currently recruiting for a first shift Floor Maintenance Supervisor I at Central Regional Hospital. The primary purpose of this position is to direct and assist in the cleaning and maintenance of various types of floor surfaces and other specialized projects for Central Regional Hospital and JUH Annex South Campus. Job duties include but are not limited to:
This is a full-time position eligible for the full State benefits package, including health insurance and retirement. Flexibility in work schedule is required to meet hospital needs. This position is designated Mandatory and must report or stay over during adverse weather. Hours are 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, including every other weekend and holiday as scheduled.

Qualified candidates must demonstrate the ability to qualify through education, experience, or a combination thereof, in accordance with the state's experience guide (oshr.nc.gov/experience-guide).
Education and/or experience in floor maintenance directly related to the job, equivalent to two years in a commercial or institutional setting.
