Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a table-service restaurant.

• POS systems experience; Toast preferred and training available.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant and banquet shifts as Manager on Duty, ensuring strong floor presence during peak service.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience through reservations, table flow, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with culinary team to deliver high-quality service and consistent standards.
