Qualifications

• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Deliver expert advice on Skechers products and ensure customers have a great experience.
• Retail Leadership Role: Supervise daily operations including opening/closing and security protocols.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail roles.
• Sales and Goals: Contribute to store and individual sales targets using effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Execute merchandising, restock products, and maintain cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Oversee stock and inventory in collaboration with store management.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure smooth operations.
