Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Key Holder to support store operations and mentor a retail team in Norman, OK. You will oversee daily tasks, assist with opening/closing, and help maintain a premium shopping environment.

Starting pay $16.39 per hour with potential increases; the role offers flexible schedules, employee discounts, on‑the‑job training, and opportunities to advance within a global brand.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor preferred.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsabilidades

• Customer Service Management: Deliver expert advice on Skechers products to ensure a great shopping experience.
• Retail Leadership: Supervise daily operations, store opening/closing, security, and standards.
• Team Leadership: Mentor team members in entry-level retail duties.
• Sales and Goals: Contribute to store and individual targets through selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Manage merchandising, restocks, and store cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Oversee stock and inventory with store management.
• Problem Solving: Resolve in-store challenges for smooth customer experience.
