You will supervise opening/closing, maintain security and operational standards, and support sales goals. A flexible schedule and on-the-job training are provided to develop leadership and retail skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor is a plus but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Engage with customers to deliver expert advice on Skechers products, ensuring every shopper leaves with the perfect fit and great experience.
• Retail Leadership Role: Supervise daily operations, including store opening and closing procedures, ensuring security and strong operational standards.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail duties like customer service, sales, and daily operations.
• Sales and Goals: Contribute to store and individual sales targets using effective selling techniques and promoting Skechers products.
• Store Operations: Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Store Supervisor Duties: Oversee stock and inventory, coordinating with management to address operational needs.
