Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Store Leader in Training and Floor Leader to drive sales, lead merchandising, and manage daily operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit new Teammates, develop the team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

The role is full-time and on-site at Rushmore Crossing, with a compensation structure that includes base pay plus commissions for sales performance and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Ability to recruit, train, and develop Teammates.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and guest service efforts to meet or exceed targets.
• Manage daily store operations and ensure a clean, organized environment.
• Train and develop Teammates to uphold Buckle’s standards.
• Oversee in-store merchandising and product presentation.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Leadership Team on hiring and coaching.
