Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) / Floor Leader in a Pittsburgh retail location. You will drive sales, merchandise presentation, and store operations while collaborating with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit and develop Teammates.

This role emphasizes strong customer service, leadership, and coaching in a fast-paced fashion environment. Responsibilities include greeting Guests, answering questions, guiding shopping experiences, and ensuring policy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise; locate items for Guests.
• Lead by example with showmanship and high levels of customer service.
• Maintain a clean, shoppable store and follow loss prevention guidelines.
• Assist in recruiting, training and developing Teammates to meet Buckle standards.

Education
