Responsibilities

• Greet guests with legend service and engage with customers
• Answer questions about store and merchandise
• Recommend and locate merchandise based on guest needs
• Demonstrate product knowledge to guests and teammates
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, policies, and security practices
• Meet performance standards for sales and loyalty programs
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer service
