Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong sales ability and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service management and ensure a great shopper experience.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.
• Mentor team members in entry-level retail, service, and daily tasks.
• Contribute to sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Execute merchandising, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Oversee stock and inventory routines with management collaboration.
• Identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure smooth shopping.
• Work varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
