Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of bartending experience.
• Full-time availability, including late nights, holidays and weekends.
• Solid knowledge of craft beer styles and service standards.
• TIPS and CBS certification within 90 days (or already certified).

Responsibilities

• Oversee designated floor shifts with a focus on timing, pace, and guest experience.
• Execute bartending shifts to Barcade standards, serving as a model for other bartenders.
• Assist in training new hires; support coaching and provide real-time feedback.
• Ensure front-of-house and guest-facing areas reflect Barcade’s standards of quality and brand identity by performing daily walkthroughs.
• Support the Games Program by testing and maintaining the arcade games on designated floor shifts.
