Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service across all outlets.
• Supervise and support front-of-house and bar staff during scheduled shifts.
• Assist with guest requests and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and maintain bar inventory, ensuring proper stocking levels of beverages and supplies.
• Run shift operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff coordination, and service flow management.
• Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to implement operational policies and service standards.
• Train and mentor staff on service protocols, guest interaction, and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations throughout all shifts.
