Job summary

A&F Stores, Inc. is searching for a Key Lead responsible for ensuring customers receive a quality in-store experience. As the Floor Supervisor, you will guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates to enhance store operations and contribute to daily sales goals.

This role requires a flexible schedule with at least 12-16 hours of work weekly, including weekends and holidays. Retail experience is preferred, and strong customer focus and interpersonal skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Supervisory / management experience not required.
• Experience in leading groups or teams preferred.

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
