Job summary

A&F Stores, Inc. is looking for a Key Lead to provide quality in-store experiences and guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates. As a Floor Supervisor, you will be on the leadership team to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing store operations, fulfilling OMNI Channel orders, and maintaining visual displays. Candidates should have a High School Diploma, strong communication skills, and retail experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Experience in leading groups or teams is preferred.
• Must maintain a detail-oriented approach.

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
